The rooms were cozy and warm, small but comfortable. The bar was excellent, and the food was very good. I couldn’t open the window.

The ambience was nice, but the restaurant’s night meal felt overpriced for what was served, and breakfast didn’t begin until 10 a.m., so we had to drive elsewhere for a proper breakfast.

There was no hot water when I showered in the morning, and I couldn’t find anyone to ask. At checkout I tried to tell them via their chat but got no reply. The email address they listed in their communications bounced back twice as undelivered. I understand hot‑water issues happen, but the poor communication was unacceptable.
