We ended up in a cramped, apartment‑like room with a bedroom, a door‑large bathroom, and a small kitchen with a tiny sitting area. The location was awful—right behind the train tracks, and we could see them from our window. The bathroom was tiny, only a shower, and when I asked for a tub the doors were broken. The kitchen was dusty and the staff seemed clueless. We were promised an upgrade to a quieter room, but the rooftop bar played loud music that rattled the walls until 8 pm because of rain. In the second room, I sat on a couch whose leg snapped, almost injuring our puppy. There were no grassy areas for our dogs; we had to take them to the police station for a potty, where they charge $20 a day for parking. I paid $1,500 for this. Every car we passed blasted loud music, and drunk people hung out on street corners—definitely not a place to return.

The location is great, the rooms are spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean. The bed is super comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.
