The room was the most basic I’ve seen and parking was available. Check‑in took a long time, breakfast was very basic and noisy because of the table setup, they charged 20 € for a one‑hour sauna entry, the bed was uncomfortable and squeaked.

Yes, yes. On Saturday the event you organized was prohibited from using the outdoor terrace, even though it’s a nice spot that makes people feel comfortable; only part of the terrace could have been reserved (it has entrances on both sides). We felt like we were outside the conference hall on damaged chairs, which was odd.
