Close to the hospital and shops. I could park close to entrance, room on ground floor 10/10, staff helpful, walking distance to hospital about 5 minutes. Roof fan did not work. Basin in bathroom: the plug is not good, water running out while basin is in use. Overall my sleepover was good. Basin in bathroom, roof fan didn't work. That there is no service to help old people to offload there baggage. There is no help to carry my luggage to my room. I'm an old lady and was alone. My husband in hospital
