“Avoid at all costs”

I was thoroughly disappointed with the hotel's location, which seemed to be situated in a bustling wholesale market area, making it look like a vibrant bazaar. Unfortunately, the staff's recommendations led us astray, and we found ourselves lost in unfamiliar directions. While the rooms were decent, the bathrooms were a major letdown, frequently clogging up and requiring attention that never seemed to materialize despite our complaints.

“Best Hotel in Varanasi with fantastic Management team and Amazing Staff members”

“Perfectly located stay in Varanasi”

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Varanasi's major temples and attractions, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me, even booking an auto for my airport drop. Although it was a bit of a walk to the main road where Ola/Uber cabs would pick me up, the convenience of being close to the action made up for it.

“I am happy with the facilities, staff and location. Value for money”

I was pleased to find the hotel to be a very neat and clean property, complete with all the necessary amenities. The staff was also extremely helpful, making my stay a pleasant one. However, I did notice that the approach road to the hotel could use some improvement.
