Upon arrival, I was thrilled to learn that my room had been upgraded, and I was blown away by the fantastic amenities that this hotel has to offer. I genuinely wish I had booked a longer stay to fully appreciate everything that this place has to offer. Unfortunately, my one-night stay was far too short, and I found myself wishing I had more time to enjoy the hotel's many perks. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location in Old Town was incredibly convenient, with a short walk to the red line and Lake Michigan. I also appreciated the amenities in the tower, including a coffee and wine bar, a spa, and social spaces. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of daily housekeeping, even when I requested it, and the beds could have been more comfortable.
