“Déception”
There was nothing positive to note; the room reeked and we were told that at check‑in, so we didn’t stay the second night even though we had already paid.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were beautiful and clean, the location is city‑center so everything is within walking distance, and breakfast was excellent—highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, but unfortunately, it's not easily accessible by car. I was also overbooked, which meant I didn't have a room available when I arrived. It was a bit of a hassle, but the location made up for it.

I was blown away by how perfect everything was at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. The combination of genuine warmth and comfort was just what I needed after a long day. Sitting on the balcony in the evening, chatting with loved ones, was actually my favorite part of the whole trip.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the interior design was really beautiful. The beds were super comfy, which is always a plus. However, there were a few issues that let it down - the room was a bit dark in the back corner, and the lack of sun protection on the balcony was a problem. To make matters worse, we were told there was a parking spot available, but it turned out that wasn't the case, which was frustrating.
