“Good place to stay for exploring the city”
Great location, comfortable beds, and clean with basics like a hairdryer, kettle, tea, and a fan that was needed. Wifi worked well. A washing machine is available for a fee, though we didn’t use it. Many restaurants and bars nearby, very close to the metro station. The Indonesian restaurant downstairs was very good. The key lock for collecting keys was fine, but I missed the owner’s communication about the combination lock code, so accessing it was easy. Breakfast, offered at a nearby coffee shop, was very good. The front door at street level wasn’t the easiest to open; it had a trick and took us a minute or so each time. The stairs to the attic room were steep and hard to navigate with large luggage. I’d read this in other reviews, so keep it in mind if you have limited mobility or a lot of luggage. We tried sleeping with the windows open because it was warm, but it got noisy one night, and early morning traffic and bin collection were also noisy.
