The King Room – Disability Access includes a wheelchair‑friendly bathroom and an extra‑large double bed for two guests. Air conditioning, a flat‑screen satellite TV, a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig® coffee maker provide climate control and in‑room refreshments. A non‑smoking environment completes the room’s amenities.

The location and tiki bar are great, but the smoker’s trash can right outside my room was a problem.

We loved this motel – the spacious, spotless room with a plush King bed was fantastic, and our kids enjoyed a similar room with two queen beds; the location right on the water and the restaurant The Blue Gator, with its generous portions, tasty food and great cocktails, felt just like the real Florida, and the friendly staff and owner who spoke a bit of Dutch added to the charm, plus there was plenty of parking and easy access back onto the main road, making it a convenient base for our tubing trip to Rainbow Springs the next day.

Been going for 8 years for vacation every july 4th , Stan is the man , coolest manager ever and makes you feel important and does what he can do busy or not . Always meets my expectations and cleaning lady's are sweet and respect your belongings. Never had a issue , will be back for years to come . Scalloping in crystal river 20 mins away or dropping into the rainbow river springs 5ft away it's my go too . Thank you gator den 😘
