“Calm oasis in the centre of town and walkable to excellent restaurants- the Water Grill”
The rooms and facilities are spacious and I love them. I would have preferred a non‑buffet breakfast. Is the roof terrace open again?

The staff and customer service are excellent. I drink a lot of coffee, though, so the coffee pods are a bit limiting.

The person who checked us in had no idea about the major details of our stay. He said we would have to pay an extra resort fee that would be taken from our deposit (which is false, we already paid it). He also claimed there would be free street parking on Saturdays (also false).

The place is clean and the staff were very accommodating. Nothing else. I didn’t like the area.

The staff were very friendly and chatty, making me feel welcomed, but the rooms were old and cramped, and the price was noticeably high for what was offered.
