Rafaella was excellent, the rooms were spotless with everything you need, and breakfast was very good by Italian standards. The only slight downside was that the bed topper on my side collapsed completely, making the bed very firm and leaving a hollow; I slept well and it didn’t cause any back pain, so I didn’t mention it to Rafaella.

The hotel sits just steps from both the beach and Vieste’s center, and the rooms are brand‑new, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, varied, and high quality. A big thank you to the entire staff for their kindness and availability. Highly recommended!

This tiny hotel offers spotless rooms, a great breakfast, and is only a few steps from shops or the historic center. The room was super clean, nicely designed, with a good bathroom and a small terrace that had a deck chair and table. Rooms were made up daily. Breakfast was served on a terrace with great options, including made‑to‑order scrambled eggs. We received excellent recommendations, and the receptionist was very friendly and arranged dinner reservations for us. Vieste’s food scene includes outstanding spots like Duomo. Prices were overall fair for the quality. A free washing machine is available on site. The city beach is just a few minutes’ walk, and parking is within a 5‑minute walk. The only drawback is that the hotel sits on a few steps, so it’s not suitable for guests who cannot use stairs.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at this gem in Vieste. The location is incredibly central, right in the heart of the city, yet the rooms are completely quiet—no street noise at all. The entire property is sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and well equipped. We stayed in the triple room, which features a lovely private terrace perfect for morning coffee. There’s also a spectacular shared rooftop terrace with wonderful views over Vieste. The laundry area, where guests can wash and iron, was incredibly useful. We were impressed by the air‑conditioning and ventilation system; the room stayed at a comfortable, stable temperature with excellent air circulation and almost no noise. Breakfast was great, but what truly made our stay special was Raffaella. She is an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and always ready to help. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and helped arrange a fantastic boat trip, which became one of the highlights of our visit. This was genuinely one of the best places we have ever stayed. Beautiful, peaceful, exceptionally clean, perfectly located, and run with great care. Thank you so much, Raffaella, for making our time in Vieste so memorable. We would happily return and cannot recommend Rais Luxury Rooms highly enough.

Located in Vieste’s historic center, the hotel is extremely convenient for walking around. Service is impeccable, from daily room cleaning to the warm welcome and the quality of the breakfast. I especially appreciated the ability to lay towels and swimsuits on the terrace/solarium, which is stylishly furnished with colors that suit a relaxing vacation lived at a relaxed pace. All areas are very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathroom and shower, complete with a pod coffee machine, water, and drinks. The excellent air‑conditioning in both the reception and the room, and the rich, varied breakfast, deserve special mention.
