The apartment was cozy, spotless, and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The only drawback is that the toilet is a bit small for tall people; otherwise it’s great and very clean.

The house was a traditional Japanese style with floor mats and a cool vibe. Fresh towels were swapped on request, air‑conditioning worked, and the bus stop was nearby. The owner was pleasant. It was a bit noisy, but closing the external blinds helped a lot. The area isn’t very interesting—just a typical residential district—but you can find food nearby and there’s a shopping mall.

The host was friendly and the apartment was spacious enough to unpack freely, unlike the previous hotel where we couldn’t open our bags. The bus station sat right next to the building and the price was reasonable. After a whole day of walking in 5°C weather we were eager to return, but the inside temperature stayed at 11°C. Turning on the AC in heating mode didn’t work, so the night was terrible. Towels were low quality and didn’t dry us well. The location was also subpar; although the bus station was close, you had to change buses 2‑3 times to reach Akihabara or Asakusa.
