“Its s lovely property, which unfortunately lacks the warmth and customer service.”

The location is great, the surroundings are quiet and serene, and it’s close to Mansfield. The amenities for kids are good. The staff were unfriendly and invisible; the reception lady couldn’t muster a smile for guests. Considering the nightly rate, there was zero customer service. Guests had to strip the beds, put bedlinen and towels into bags, and leave them outside before 9 am on checkout day. The Wi‑Fi was poor, so we had to use our data and hotspot to watch TV.

The location. No adequate heating the heaters in front rooms didn’t make any difference the master bedroom had no heater at all was cold The on suite bathroom had rusty shower caddy Water in the bathroom was slowly going down the sink Facilities in poor state particularly spa Staff rude and not helpful Not impressed with paying a lot of money for 3 nights and having to do the housekeeping for them eg: stripping beds and towels and having to have them outside of unit before 9:00am which is before checkout we didn’t have towels to wipe ourselves after shower

“A fantastic place for a family vacation. Quiet, clean, fun!”

The room was well arranged and had every basic amenity you’d need for a comfortable stay. The park’s extras—massive playground, chess board, sauna, gym—were all excellent. The rooms were roomy and the whole apartment was spotless, making for a truly great experience. The local wildlife, like wombats, kangaroos, and cockatoos, added fun for the kids. The place stayed quiet, with no noise from other guests or nearby traffic, so it felt very peaceful and serene. The mattresses were a touch firm, but otherwise the place was great and we’ll be back soon.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to the lake and offers plenty of activities for kids, such as ball games, a playground, a games room, and a pool. It’s also quiet. However, we stayed in one of the older cabins, which was clean and comfortable but clearly needed upkeep. The dishwasher leaked, the bathroom sink drained slowly, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the lighting was very poor.
