The location is good, 10 minutes on foot to the beach. The floor is newly renovated, clean, white, and minimalist. The kitchen is spacious and everything is in order. The host stays in touch and facilitates everything. I liked that there are no pets, no parties, and the atmosphere is calm. We’ll definitely come back. The house rules are endless, even though they seemed basic.
