The hotel was new, but the housekeeping was terrible; we only received one towel and no cups.

Everything was excellent overall. I couldn’t find any faults. The staff were very helpful with many things, even providing a spoon when I couldn’t buy one locally. The amenities and daily service attention made the hotel feel like good value for money.
