Urbanview Hotel Syariah The Ragunan Residence

I had a great experience with the cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately, my stay was disrupted by the noisy couple in the room next to mine, which was number 205. They seemed to be disturbing the other guests at night with their loud behavior, and I couldn't get a good night's sleep. I'm still puzzled as to why the hotel management allowed them to stay, given their behavior. I complained to them about the noise, but they continued to knock on my wall throughout the day and night.

I had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed, which was a highlight of my stay. However, I did notice that I could sometimes hear sounds from the corridor through the door, which was a minor inconvenience.

“The location was pretty strategic and the room was pretty comfortable!”

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to help via WhatsApp. The room was well-equipped with electric sockets in convenient locations, making it easy to charge my devices. I also appreciated the water kettle and smart TV provided. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, which had noticeable marks on the walls, an empty bottle in the fridge, and a dirty sink.
