A special thanks to Max who welcomed us that evening with great kindness; our pet received a lovely gift that we really appreciated. The room was perfectly clean, and the location is just a short walk from the historic center. The daytime staff at breakfast were also extremely courteous. I also want to thank Receptionist Alessandra, who helped me ship a personal item after I forgot it, thanks to her willingness.
