It was my first time using self‑check‑in, and I stayed here last year in the same room. The showers were good and the coffee was good. The self‑check‑in was supposed to print detailed instructions, but we only received one key for the rooms. I reached out to online help because my sister, who was staying in another room and has learning difficulties, forgot her key. The help promised to fix it but didn’t. The pillows were too small, and we had requested two single beds in each room, but the larger room had a double bed, which was very inconvenient.
