The hotel sits just 5 minutes from the port, but I ended up taking a taxi because I wasn’t sure where it was and my roaming wasn’t working. It was scorching hot, €20 for a few‑minute drive, yet it was definitely worth it. The room was clean and great, no complaints at all, and the view was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and every staff member was fantastic. I stayed for 5 days and absolutely loved it. I did walk back down to the port when I checked out; it’s only a few minutes’ walk and definitely easier going down than up, so I’m glad I took a taxi when I arrived. I don’t think I disliked anything. The room I had was fantastic, though not all rooms are like that. I think mine was special because it faced the garden and the breakfast area, which was really nice and private, but I had to climb about 10 steep stairs—nostalgic, since I’m sure all the homes around there are exactly that. Italians would have to walk up and down those stairs all the time. I absolutely loved it and would 1000% stay there again.
