Only thing I liked was its central location; the water tasted rotten so I couldn’t brush my teeth, it ran out twice—once even before I finished showering—, a fat, rude receptionist was unhelpful, there was no place to hang my clothes, and the ceiling fan made a loud whirring noise on low speed, making the room uncomfortably hot.

The hotel is close to the city center and the San Juan de Dios market, but the water was dirty and smelled bad, it ran out, and the Wi‑Fi literally crashed every three seconds; there was no place to hang clothes, the staff were not very friendly, and at reception many guests complained about a lack of paper, towels, and that the TVs didn’t work.

I liked that the internet signal was good and that my wife and I could arrive early and were given a room. What bothered me was that I had a reservation, but when we arrived, it wasn’t recorded and we were practically given a different room as if we had arrived without booking. Also, the rooms are a bit old and don’t match the photos, and in the bathroom the water smelled a bit like drainage.
