The breakfast was excellent, yet the hotel was old and the bathroom would need a complete overhaul due to its wear. The electric switches were poorly placed, requiring you to get up to turn off the central light.

The staff were welcoming and courteous, the room was comfortable and spacious, and the location relative to the metro was convenient. Nothing else.

The breakfast reception was fine, but I was very disappointed on the day of our departure, Sunday 27 September. The host was particularly rude and disrespectful toward us, behaving in an inappropriate manner that left a very bad impression when we left the property. This is truly unfortunate, as courteous and respectful hospitality should be the minimum expectation. I hope this conduct will be addressed so that future guests do not have to experience something similar.
