The environment is great, and the front desk staff were helpful; the snack bar offers free drinks, cookies, and popsicles that kids love; the rooftop water play area is fun, the weather is nice, and we can even see Kiu‑shan Island; breakfast options are limited but tasty, and the on‑site staff are excellent; next time I visit Jiaoxi, I’ll book here again. The air conditioning in the room has a slight musty smell, probably the filter needs cleaning; the rooftop pool is fun but there’s no changing room or toilet on site, so we have to run back to the room to go to the bathroom; after playing, kids can’t change clothes on the spot and must wrap towels and head back to the room, which can be uncomfortable when the temperature drops sharply, making it easy to catch a cold.

The 4‑bedroom suite felt spacious inside, but the bed was too firm, making it hard to stay comfortable and causing back pain; the rooftop pool only reached knee‑depth, essentially a kiddie pool.
