“Horrible experience! Loud music almost all night long and a non-existent hotel management!”

The restaurant served decent food and the staff were friendly, while the room was clean and comfortable. However, the management was terrible; at midnight a guest loudly played music outside the hotel until 3 AM, and no one was available to address the disturbance. The security staff seemed bribed and did nothing, and the reception staff the next morning appeared indifferent to the issue.

The staff were polite, the atmosphere was fantastic, the view was lovely, the food was tasty, and the room was very nice… We’ll visit again. I recommend it. There’s nothing we didn’t like.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were warm, cozy, and spotless. Breakfast wasn’t a “wow” experience, but it didn’t leave us hungry. In the restaurant the staff were super polite and the food was very tasty. The spa was also clean and well maintained. I recommend it! The pool, which could be heard from early morning, was quite warm and there was no way to adjust the temperature (I didn’t find a control), which could be a major drawback in the summer.

Clean rooms, nice view, great staff, good enough food. There is no hotel‑owned parking; you have to use public parking and free spots are on a lottery. The central plaza and street in front of the hotel can bring a lot of noise, even with doors and windows closed. Be prepared to wake up at 5–6 AM from the regular mosque’s prayers each morning, as it’s right next to the hotel.
