The service at check‑out was slow, taking 45 minutes to complete, and the bathtub was too high, making it hard to get in, while the shower was outdated and in need of renovation. The room was tiny and unsuitable for three people, though the breakfast and housekeeping were satisfactory.

The staff were fantastic, particularly the reception team, who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The location was very inconvenient, as taxi drivers often struggled to find the hotel and reach the destination. Additionally, the electrical sockets in the hotel did not function properly, leaving us without electricity in the bathroom for most of our stay
