The reception staff were very good, but the price was high for the stay, and breakfast was quite ordinary; I don’t recommend it and won’t repeat the experience, God willing.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive, always checking to see if I needed anything, and the breakfast spread was fantastic enough that I’d return again and again. Receptionist Fahd and the housekeeping team on floor 16 were especially helpful, and the attendants at the PR restaurant Abbasi, along with his Pakistani colleague, were welcoming. The only drawback was the hotel’s location: although it’s not far from Masjid Haram, the shuttle bus isn’t punctual and I sometimes missed it, forcing me to book a private taxi. Otherwise, everything about the hotel was perfect.
