The location was fine. The reception was more than mediocre; we were pressured to pay far more than the reservation price. The staff told us the booking price was wrong. There was no Wi‑Fi in the rooms, so we were given a device that was removed the next day when new guests arrived. We were supposed to receive two bottles of water per day, but if we didn’t request them, we got none. Room service started only after two days. The hotel was empty. The reception was deplorable.

The host was very friendly and ready to help; she’s just starting out and improving things. Breakfast was lovely, generous, and the tea was delicious. The room was clean and had everything needed, though the beds and linens were still being replaced. The location is great, right on the beach (no sea view). Price‑quality is decent – you get what you pay for! For a short stay (we stayed two nights) it’s worth it. The linens need updating and the mattresses are a bit firm; some room décor would make it cozier, but that’s coming as the host is still working on it.
