NH Collection Taormina

The location was spot‑on, right in the city centre with shops, restaurants and all the main sights within walking distance. My room was lovely and spacious, offering a stunning sea view. The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast area felt cramped because of the low ceiling, so I would have preferred to dine on the beautiful rooftop instead. I also tried the spa for a nail polish change; the staff were nice and polite, but the service didn’t feel five‑star – the colour choices were limited and the application was mediocre.

“Fabulous - we would definitely return”

The views are lovely, rooms are comfortable, the pool area is great, and the staff are very clean and friendly. The only downside is that the rooms could use more storage – bedside tables with drawers and additional hangers would be nice.

“מלון טוב במיקום טוב עם נוף יפה”

It’s a five‑star hotel with a nice, comfortable room (not especially large) that has a small balcony overlooking the city and sea, and a hearty breakfast. It’s close to the city’s vibrant heart with all the restaurants, bars, shops and historic attractions, though there are quite a few stairs on the way. The hotel is expensive and you have to pay extra for the private parking the hotel uses. There’s a pool, but it’s fairly small and not heated, so the water is really cold.

“Ótima opção”

The location, service and comfort are all good. One incident happened that deserves attention: at breakfast the bowls ran out. I asked a staff member, he said he would bring them back, and I waited forever. I ate in a bowl, but kept watching to see if he would return them… nothing. A hotel of this level deserves that small extra care for guests. Note: this happened today, 30/9.
