The spot is excellent, right across from the University of Jordan and close to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, taxis, and shops. The Junior Suite was roomy, clean, and well‑furnished. Staff were generally friendly. However, during our three nights we ran out of towels and free water, the breakfast was basic with limited choices and no juice, some bread seemed stale, the shower temperature was hard to control, and the sink drainage issue wasn’t fixed even after two reports. Smoking and shisha in the restaurant were uncomfortable, and the hotel was hard to reach by phone or message.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and close to all shopping centers. Some shortcomings in the rooms include blankets, towels, toiletries, drinking water, and other items.

The recently renovated third floor features a new, spacious junior suite that’s comfortable and clean, located near everything in the lively area by the Jordanian university, with all restaurants and the supermarket right next door; thanks to Ms. Maysir for the reception. The parking area has a workshop with workers and no space to line up cars; the gym’s equipment works but the sauna and jacuzzi need improvement, and breakfast is just too basic.

It’s close to the university. There aren’t enough parking spaces.
