The rooms were surprisingly roomy for a three‑star hotel and everything – air‑conditioning, TV, Wi‑Fi and hot water – worked fine. Our kids loved the pool in the courtyard and we enjoyed a typical Bulgarian breakfast while sipping drinks from the restaurant. The only downsides were the lack of bathroom shelves for toiletries and the occasional speeding cars on the nearby road, which could use an extra traffic‑calming bump.

Everything hit the mark – the staff were super friendly and efficient, the pool was clean, the room spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable. We dined on the dinner they served, there was no noise at all, and the place is just five minutes from Veliko Tarnovo. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is brand‑new and immaculate, the rooms are stylishly decorated and the food was wonderful. The staff were exceptionally courteous and even moved us into an apartment when it was free, making our stay extra comfortable. I recommend it wholeheartedly – thank you to the wonderful team.
