We had a lovely surprise on my husband's birthday - the hotel upgraded our room and even threw in a special celebration with fruits, flowers, candles, and wine. However, our stay wasn't perfect, as the room wasn't cleaned for the three nights we were there, and the towels were damp and needed to be replaced. To top it off, the food tray from our in-room dinner was left outside our room for the entire duration of our stay, which was really annoying.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mohammed, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean, and the location had a beautiful view. However, the hotel is about 20 minutes away from Old Town by car, and there's not much to do in the surrounding area, so you'll need a car to get around.

“A 10km windy mountain road from Oludeniz meant that everything was remote”

We stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about it. The garden setting was lovely, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. The breakfast was also good, with a decent selection of options. However, the hotel's infrastructure seemed to struggle with the rain - our room had a leaky ceiling, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working. We also found the remote control to be a bit of a hassle, as it didn't work properly.

“Entäusschende Ferien mit schlechtem Personal”

Our room was stunning, with its own pool, whirlpool, swing, sun loungers, and breathtaking sea views. However, the lack of English spoken by the staff made our stay quite difficult. We weren't greeted or bid farewell, and the service was generally unfriendly. To make matters worse, our honeymoon suite's pool was being drained and refilled when we arrived, and we couldn't use it until the second day.

“Sehr empfehlenswert und ideal für Paare. Personal Osman Bey ist sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit!”

The hotel's exterior and public areas were top-notch, but we did have a small issue with the hot tub. The jets weren't strong enough, and it wasn't working properly with the bubbles. Otherwise, our stay was great.
