The reception is top, the information is top, and we were very well welcomed and kept informed about everything; the breakfast is super. The only suggestion is to refresh the paint a bit.

The staff were friendly and the water was warm, but checking‑in was inflexible, the bath was dirty and old, and there were no accessories in the room despite the price; overall it felt too expensive for the quality.

The hotel sits right in the center of Lyon and the team is very professional and pleasant, yet the room and common areas show a clear lack of maintenance for a rate of 180 € per night: a stained pillow and a strong sweat odor on the decorative cushions, a very dirty/used bathtub, a worn shower curtain and damaged joints, dampness on the ceiling, a nauseating smell in the corridors, and while the service is impeccable, the cleanliness and equipment do not meet the expected standard for that price.
