The staff was amazing, the best we had on our trip from six different hotels, but it was a bit odd to discover the hotel was down the road from a state prison; still, it was a great stay.

The location and bed were comfortable, and breakfast was good, but the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, the door jamb was missing a screw, and the staff appeared indifferent to our concerns.

It was a great relief to find this hotel available after having to leave another in Hendersonville because of cleanliness issues; we arrived at 1:00 a.m. and were warmly welcomed to a clean, cool, comfortable room.
