The hotel’s location is close to the station, a quiet and convenient spot, with friendly staff. The room was clean and seemed newly renovated at first glance. However, the bed was clean but heavily damaged, with holes in the mattress and pillowcases. There was only one face towel and no bath towels. Wallpaper had peeled off. Despite a no‑smoking sign, a faint tobacco smell lingered in the room.

I liked the hotel staff. We were checked in at 2 a.m., they answered the call immediately and helped us find the hotel in an unfamiliar city. It’s clear the hotel is slowly undergoing renovation. The breakfast was good. The room smelled strongly of sewage, the mattresses were very dirty and old, and the hotel had changed its name, yet Booking lists it under the old name. There is no kettle in the room, even though it’s not the lowest category.

It’s very good, just a 2‑minute walk from the bus station and the market, offers good breakfast, and the ladies working there are very nice. Nothing bad to say.

The place was clean and in the city centre, and breakfast was available. The staff were polite, except at the restaurant. At check‑in, the front desk oddly omitted the breakfast info while I was quietly looking it up on Booking, which said it was included; it seemed strange until they mentioned it later. On the second day, a very courteous woman worked at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was not to my taste; it was a Swedish‑style spread, 200 UAH free, with additional charges for more, but I’m not upset about the cost. Check‑out only accepted vouchers, and that wasn’t disclosed. The restaurant staff were not polite at all.
