The service is okay and the breakfast is decent, but the facilities are poor: shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are all in one bottle like a budget hotel, and the hot water is unreliable—being cold‑prone, showering was very uncomfortable. The container‑style room is noisy.

The hotel looks nice and the wellness area is decent, but the pictures and description raised my expectations too high. Breakfast was good and there was a wide selection. The room was far too small for four adults, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable even for a sofa. When we entered the room, there was no bedding or towels. Only one sauna worked, both were a bit leaky (water seeped in when it rained harder) and the men's changing area was locked.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great spread and tasty food. The hot tub and sauna were enjoyable and relaxing. The room at the back of the hotel was very far and I had to go outside to reach it.
