There were many doors creaking and things banging—probably below, but it was hard to tell—and the kitchen/lounge area was good.

It was value for money—cheaper than most hotels in Hobart yet great service; we got a room with a Tasman Bridge 🌉 view from the window, clean and comfortable, with an attached toilet, fridge, common clean area, and kitchen to cook; the staff were friendly and we loved the whole experience. Thank you Beltana hotel for making our stay comfortable and memorable in Hobart; we will definitely choose this hotel again when we come to Hobart. There was nothing to dislike.

We had a heater and air conditioner, a great view of Hobart, and the hotel is only 10 minutes drive from the city centre, but the bathroom was disgusting—caked on grime and hair in the shower and stains everywhere.
