“Cazare fara clima in Bucuresti in zile cu 32 grade”
The location was good for my purpose and the metro was handy, and the place was clean. The air‑conditioning didn’t work: even though the remote turned it on, I set it to 22 °C, then to 18 °C, the snowflake icon appeared and I had to switch to max ventilation, leaving only the fan on. I suspect the unit hasn’t had refrigerant for a long time. I didn’t call the staff that evening after witnessing a conversation where a guest told the receptionist that the climate had failed in the past and the receptionist reacted unfriendly and dismissed the concern. There is no coat rack or clothes hanger.
“Cazare buna de tranzit prin Bucuresti”
The hotel is accessible by car, parking is in the courtyard, the renovated rooms are very good, the price is fair, the place is clean, and the staff are friendly. The neighbors in the adjacent blocks were very noisy.
“The heat in the room worsened our impression of the hotel, but it was okay to stay for 1 night.”
The breakfast was nutritious and sufficient, and the staff were hospitable. Unfortunately the hotel sits right next to a highway with traffic all the time, so it was quite loud at night. The location on the outskirts is very convenient for travelers. We had two rooms and the air‑conditioners in both did not cool the air; in summer, when it’s +38 °C in Bucharest, that’s terrible. Breakfast was served in a converted room. There is no restaurant or café on the premises. We had a problem with dinner because there were no food options in the hotel or nearby; the nearest place, more like a pub, is 1 km away and the food there is not very good. Other issues that arose were resolved by the friendly staff.
The location was acceptable, the hotel had been recently renovated and was very clean, but the rooms were quite small and plain. It’s suitable for a short stay with low expectations. The breakfast was cheap and not suitable for picky diners.
No comments either way.
