The staff are helpful. However, cleanliness was lacking; I’ve been here several times, but this time everything was dirty—courtyard, kitchen, room, and bathroom.

The room had air conditioning and its own bathroom, but the kitchen was dirty—especially the electric oven—and the dishes in the kitchen drawer were unwashed. The area around the entrance was untidy, with scattered trash and dried flowers in the planter.
