The location, the friendly reception staff, the cleanliness, the bed comfort, and the view of Etna and the whole village from the terrace on the top floor were all outstanding, but the lack of an elevator was something to note, even though it didn’t bother us at 70 years old.

I liked how close the hotel is to the city centre, and the building itself was kept in great condition with very pretty rooms.

It’s set in a very quiet village, the hotel has been remodeled, the room was very good—simple yet complete, but the pillows were a bit hard.

The spot in that lovely mountain village and the terrace overlooking Etna were simply dreamy; parking was available everywhere around the property. Marilena was extremely helpful and replied quickly and politely when I asked about bringing my luggage in early, so we were able to check into our fantastic room ahead of schedule and felt right at home.
