“Esperienza stupenda, torneremo sicuramente”
The hotel looked great right on the beach, and the food was decent though a bit repetitive; we especially loved the nightly grill sessions with both meat and fish. Contrary to some complaints, our double‑occupancy room was very large. Housekeeping was spectacular— the cleaning ladies were fantastic and lightning fast. The bar and restaurant staff were extremely professional, as was the lifeguard Rasta. Some guests behaved poorly, slamming doors and shouting in the corridors late at night, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The beds were very firm, making it hard to feel fully rested, and we often ended up napping on the pool loungers. The “adult‑only” policy created a peaceful oasis in the hotel and pool, yet on the beach the older manager rents umbrellas to noisy families with screaming kids, apparently under the table, which ruins the adult‑only vibe. It would help to enforce that rule more strictly. Note that the airport shuttle only serves the nearby Alanya airport (about ten flights daily); for Antalya airport you have to pay €85 each way for a VIP transfer. Finally, the management should stop letting guests place towels on pool loungers at 7 am and then claim the spots until 11 am after breakfast; there are already few loungers, and this habit leaves others without a place to sit. Some loungers were occupied from 7 am until 5 pm with no one actually using them.
