Angel was super friendly and flexible with my late check‑in and check‑out, and he gave clear instructions on where to withdraw cash. The place was clean and nice, the kitchen fully equipped, and the location was great – a short walk to the beach and Huanchaco’s fun waves.

“Excellent séjour”

Angel is very welcoming, everything is in its place and clean. The shower is hot, the kitchen is tidy and functional, and the upstairs terrace adds a bit of fresh air. I felt really comfortable and would recommend it without hesitation.

A beautiful, well‑maintained spot with a wonderful and very friendly owner who clearly cares about his work and wants to make every guest’s stay enjoyable. The rooms are tidy, well‑kept, and have the necessary equipment. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

“simple value accom, handy location”

simple value accom, kitchen, 2 internal lounge areas, and rooftop a work in progress - gets cool breeze, another table would be nice some rooms get passing traffic noise of buses and cars (owner lives downstairs) in July the sun could be quite warm, heating up walls, and a relief when the late afternoon breeze comes - though walls still warm at sleep time. a few cafes etc in nearby streets, including local square outside the guesthouse 5 easy mins to the waterside road with multitudes of cafes/restos and stalls (weekends are hectic). general Huanchaco comments: seems to have only 1 atm, inside Inkafarma along seaside road be aware that beach is rocks, rare to find a place where people are swimming. roadworks on north part of surfside road, and local streets are often bumpy and dusty, with vehicles bouncing along. as a non-surfer, I found attraction of it all very limited
