There are many activities you can do as a guest, and the food is delicious in all restaurants. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the minibar was always left empty.

They offer a wide variety of food at all times. They close the bars at 6 and the pools until 8, everything else is fine.

Good for families. The music at the pools is extremely loud during the day.

The food was really delicious, but it would be great if the pool grill offered fresh fruit, smoothies, jicama, and healthier options. As a Mexican, I only had hamburgers and French fries for a whole day. The staff were always very friendly, though some at the reception seemed a bit green and inexperienced. This place isn’t really suited for kids or teens; there are no slides or parent activities for them. They come with the beach vendors, but having kayaks, beach volleyball, or a better tennis court would help. The tennis court was occupied by World Cup preparations, and the ping‑pong table could use a better roof and better balls. I’m still wondering about Marina Beach—no info was given. Also, we weren’t told that tipping servers was expected, and some staff got upset when people left abruptly.
