Beautiful setting, spacious and comfortable apartment, fantastic pool. Very close to the marble waterfall and other cities worth visiting. Special mention for the free‑roaming horse that was unbothered and happy to be petted and photographed! We would have liked a better‑stocked bar or refreshment area.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we had a fantastic time! The facilities were excellent, the pool was gorgeous, and we even got to meet the family's gentle horse that visited us—so much that we didn't want to leave.

The property is very beautiful, surrounded by plenty of greenery and featuring a lovely pool. The rooms are cozy, clean, and equipped with air conditioning, which I never needed to use. However, I had two minor concerns: the sheet under the double bed had a plastic layer that released heat and made a noise with every small movement; I would also suggest installing window screens on the apartment windows so that mosquitoes (common in the countryside) don't get in and so you can open the windows to enjoy the clean, fresh air of the area. Despite these issues, my overall impression remains positive.

The agriturismo is tucked among olive groves and Umbrian hills, truly a peaceful oasis amid greenery! We found the apartment clean and fully equipped with everything needed. The private pool is a great bonus for guests who, after a hot day exploring the surroundings, want to return and relax with a refreshing swim! Everything is only 10 minutes by car from Terni and the Marmore Falls. The owners are absolutely available and welcoming! All in all, highly recommended—I hope to return.
