The surroundings were quiet and calm, close to Balaton and the restaurant, but the balcony was dirty, the staircase had cobwebs, the room layout was odd, and there was no table in the room.

The location is pretty good, the house is in a very quiet area and 15 minutes on foot to the lake shore, making it a nice place to spend a vacation with family.

The location was quiet, the kitchen was well equipped, communication with the owner was good, and the price was fair, but there was a small issue with sending money, cobwebs and large spiders on the balcony, and I received a different room than the one I had booked.
