La experiencia fue horrible. Reservamos este alojamiento para hospedarnos en Medan una noche nada más llegar de un vuelo de Yogyakarta. Al llegar al alojamiento me dijeron que no nos habían guardado la habitación porque no habíamos realizado el pago previo cuando la reserva ponía claramente: SE PAGARÁ EN EL ALOJAMIENTO. Eran las 11 de la noche y no nos dieron NINGUNA SOLUCIÓN. Entre risas todo lo que dijeron es: sorry is full. La experiencia fue horrible. The location was comfy and close to snacks, so I didn’t have to hunt for cheap food spots; the pillows smelled like they hadn’t been changed and the room had a glue‑like odor.
