“L'alloggio perfetto per esplorare questa meravigliosa zona!”

I stayed with my partner at the Charming Rooms in Baunei for three days to explore the local trails and hikes. The accommodation surpassed every expectation: attention to detail, comfort, extreme kindness, and a warm atmosphere that made us feel truly pampered from start to finish. The room, common areas, and breakfast room were beautiful, extremely clean, and furnished with impeccable taste. A special thanks to the host who greeted us each morning for breakfast: his extraordinary kindness and valuable advice made our stay even more special. A flawless experience in every way. “Disappointed”

Really trying to sound positive It's extremely clear that there is a huge attempt to invest in design in every little detail, it was just too much. The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable There was ample hot water in the shower. Hairdryer was good. Insisting histerricly on online pre check in, threatening us that if we don't do it we will never get a code to enter. Parking is 500m away, then you have to climb up hill along the road. Very impersonal, no human contact until breakfast, then its only to get the tourist tax. We didn't like the whole idea of, breakfast isn't included, so the hot drinks and pastery we surve for breakfast is a gift, don't forget to rate us! While everywhere else in Italy a real breakfast including eggs, yogurt and fruit is already the standard for the past 20 years. I would rather just have a coffee machine in my room. Mountain view room doesn't usually mean that you see the houses around mostly the balcony next door that has a plant with 10000 bees! Attaching picture. A super small hotel in a tiny village away from the tourist bustle on the sea. The décor is exceptional, each room having a different theme. A selection of Sardinian pastries, coffee, and tea are offered at breakfast without extra charge. The staff are very attentive, truly, an excellent experience! Nothing except maybe the check‑in was a bit complicated.

Everything! 😃 The property is decorated with real taste. Breakfast was a beautiful surprise: fabulous and very rich, with great attention even for those with food allergies. Lara, the host, was delightful, super sweet, and extremely hospitable. Nothing particular! The only tiny flaw is the absence of a little garden, but it’s not really a negative point, given that the property is right in the center and that’s understandable.
