The spot sits in the middle of a vine plantation, the pool is great, Julian is a wonderful host, and the paid bicycles are handy for a trip to the nearby village of Castillon-la-Bataille; the only suggestion is to drain the stagnant water around the pool to prevent mosquitoes and allow proper enjoyment as the sun sets.

The room was very comfortable, there was no neighborhood noise, the room and bathroom were clean, the pool was beautiful, the lunch was hearty, and parking was close to the accommodation.

A quiet spot, a bit off‑center, but the figs were amazing! It’s a nice place, though it feels somewhat isolated.

The location was superb—peaceful, relaxing, and close to several villages and the river. The host made me feel very welcome, and the pool plus vineyard tour were highlights. The custom vegetarian breakfast kicked off each day wonderfully. I’d 100% recommend staying here.
