“A disappointing stay that fell far below the standards I expect from Marriott.”

Nothing in particular stood out, and I didn’t find anything I especially liked about the place. Every time I stepped into the bathroom there was an unpleasant odor, and the toilet kept making a persistent noise. The room was very poorly cleaned, looked poorly maintained, and stayed extremely humid and uncomfortable even with the AC running.

I arrived after a taxi drop‑off and the check‑in stretched to almost an hour because only one person was at the desk, the line moved at a crawl, and no one apologized when I finally reached the front. The room itself was a decent size and the bed was fairly comfortable, but the whole process was appalling.

“wont stay again”

The bathroom was dirty and the room had a strong smell. I paid for breakfast, but the food was barely warm. I’d prefer a cleaner, odor‑free room and better food.
