The location, cleanliness, and the room itself were all great and functional, but the lack of any personal interaction left me feeling a bit disappointed.

The location is fine, but communication is handled mainly through a chatbot; I made two requests and only one got a reply, which is the most annoying part. Other issues show a superficial, poorly maintained management: daily cleaning is basic, curtains are gray, sheets are worn, towels are yellowed, hand soap is very diluted, no lotion, the soap container is dirty, the window frame is full of dust, and there are no sink or bidet plugs. The building isn’t new, so the furnishings are getting old, the floor is warped and creaky, walls are roughly painted with many touch‑ups. Lastly, breakfast starts at 8 am, which is too late for business travelers, and the vegan options only include soy milk.
