The hotel offered child animations and a group of animators, but the neighbors were loud after 10 pm.

The food was decent and the staff were fine, yet the hotel was far from fresh; the hairdryer didn't work and the fridge was broken.

The view from the window looked out to the sea, but the staff were terrible and greeted us horribly, except the kitchen staff at check‑out were friendly.

We usually travel on a budget and this was not our first hotel, so comparing it to others I’d say it’s a solid three‑star with a plus, but not a four‑star. Cleaning was good—rooms were tidied both with and without tea sets. The rooms were okay but only had two power outlets. Transfer service was available, a big plus for families, people with disabilities, or those who don’t want to walk to the beach. The beach is 600 m away, which feels negligible for a fit person. There are two elevators, and one can go down to the pool. There are plenty of loungers and a three‑in‑one pool with varying depths plus a separate quieter pool. Alcoholic drinks were limited; even in poor three‑star hotels there’s a wider all‑inclusive drink selection than here. Choices included wine, beer, whiskey with cola, and one awful cocktail, or you could pay extra. I’m sorry, but why did we pay for all‑inclusive if the bartender at the pool said “two drinks per hand” as soon as we arrived? The kids’ club was as bland as your variety. We arrived as a group of six; how many times would we have had to go to that bar? Food was tasty and always something could be found, but the variety was nonexistent—only one type of fish, pork, chicken, etc. Animation was terrible; I’d rather stay silent. The elevators need repair; they no longer show the floor, open oddly, and make strange noises every time, like the last one.
