The housekeeper was very attentive and the breakfast area was nice. The room felt old with a broken door, the property was far enough that we had to drive to the common area even though a nearer room was available, the air‑conditioning didn’t cool at all despite reporting it, and the front desk made us wait at check‑in as if we were sending a package, then gave us the wrong key so we had to hunt it down ourselves.

The space was wide. The facilities were convenient, but there should be bowls and cups provided for the villa.

The peace and the ambiance, lovely grounds, breakfast was good for us, the breakfast staff were excellent as breakfast was cooked to order as we were the only people there on the 16th april. Big thank you for the staff. The swimming pool had a layer of scum on the top, needs cleaning more regulary, the children only used it once in 4 days instead of using it every day

The breakfast atmosphere was pleasant, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. There was no Wi-Fi available, and the TV didn't work properly, making it impossible to watch anything. Additionally, there was no hair dryer in the room. These shortcomings detracted from my overall experience, but the breakfast atmosphere was a redeeming factor.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. However, my stay was marred by a few issues, including a non-functioning hot shower and an air conditioning remote that was out of battery. To make matters worse, there were loud and rowdy groups of people in the area, which made it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep.
